I just launched my application (https://www.flexyq.com) and I was wondering if everyone can review and share some feedback let me know their thoughts and how I can grow the business.
FlexyQ is a contact free system aimed at maximizing efficiency and safety via a virtual queueing and an appointment booking system. Customers join the virtual queue or book an appointment and are notified via SMS when the business is ready to serve them.
Your landing page is great, design-wise and everything. As others mentioned, you should have some live example added to the sections.
Agree with the comment about site design - very readable.
I would suggest adding a real world example on your home page. For example: let's say a dentist office uses the system to queue up patients in the parking lot instead of in the waiting room and they alert patients via text that they are up.
Great example! Thank you. You actually described a specific use case of the solution. Glad to get that feedback. I initially thought it would be too much information on a home page but I think if i articulate it well enough this would work
Have you contacted maybe restaurants, clinics, and freelancer platforms?
It sounds like the industry you're targeting for
Have you posted on other sub-forums and communities to find your consumers?
I will be doing that. Thank you for the guidance. You are correct as these are the industries I am targeting.
Cool idea! I found a typo, “customer’s” should be “customers.”
Have you validated the service with any customers yet?
I’d also think about your pricing model. $69.99 for “unlimited locations” seems a bit risky for your business. Imagine a big pharmacy chain etc wants to use the service, I imagine your infrastructure costs would exceed the price you’re charging. Maybe lower tiers for your various value metrics and then an enterprise tier?
Thank you for the feedback leviwhalen. This is a very good angle I didnt envisage. I think a tiered model would work better. That makes sense. I am also working on validating the service with a local business also.
