πŸš€ Just Launched: Bossr - Tinder for Jobs, But You See the BOSS First

Hey IH! πŸ‘‹

After watching a video about the broken recruitment industry, I built Bossr in 3 weeks as a solo founder.

🎯 The Problem:
73% of people quit jobs because of bad bosses, yet you only meet them AFTER you're hired. LinkedIn shows job titles and requirements, but not the actual human you'll work with every day.

✨ The Solution:
Bossr is a swipe-based hiring platform where you see your future BOSS first.

Key Features:

  • Boss-First:15-second video pitch from your direct manager
  • Zero-CV: Visual profiles + AI matching (no boring resumes)
  • Transparent Salaries:Always upfront, no negotiation games
  • Match = Offer:Job offers in 24-48 hours (not 42 days)

πŸ’» Tech Stack:
Next.js, Supabase, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, AI matching

πŸ“Š Current Status:

  • MVP is live with interactive demo
  • Built entirely solo as CTO
  • Looking for early adopters + business co-founder (CEO)

πŸ”— Try it yourself (no signup required):

πŸ€” Questions for the IH community:

  1. How did you find your co-founder?
  2. Best strategies for getting your first 10 B2B customers?
  3. Should I launch on Product Hunt now or build more traction first?

All feedback, brutal honesty, and advice welcome! πŸ™

Interesting angle β€” β€œboss-first” is a strong hook, especially given how much managers impact retention.

Curious how you’re validating whether candidates or companies actually commit to this behavior vs just liking the idea?

Also, if you want to test real willingness early, there’s an interesting setup where you can put your idea into a live competition ($19 entry, winner gets a Tokyo trip, prize pool grows with entries). Could be a quick way to see actual commitment.
