Hey Indie Hackers!
I'm thrilled to announce the launch of Jobsy.ai, a platform built to make the applicant shortlisting process smoother and more effective for startup founders and recruiters.
Why Jobsy.ai?
I’ve seen firsthand how challenging and time-consuming shortlisting applicants can be, especially for startups and teams that need to move fast and hire right. That's why I built Jobsy.ai—to bring AI into the hiring mix and simplify the process for everyone involved.
Who is it for?
👉 Startup founders who need to build teams quickly and efficiently.
👉 Recruiters looking for a smarter way to shortlist and prepare candidates.
What’s next?
I'm committed to continuously improving Jobsy.ai based on user feedback. Future plans include integrating more AI features to further simplify and enhance the hiring experience.

Great work on launching Jobsy! One challenge I've noticed in my company's hiring process is that even candidates with strong resumes, interviews, and test tasks sometimes struggle to perform once onboarded. It often takes months of guidance to get some productivity, but not always to the expected level.
It would be fantastic if Jobsy could incorporate features to tackle this issue. For example:
Early Onboarding Assessments: Automated early-stage assessments or check-ins during the onboarding phase to quickly identify potential issues and provide actionable insights.
Post-Hiring Performance Predictions: AI-driven analysis based on the candidate's work history, project achievements, and skill assessments to predict post-hire performance and areas needing support.
Looking forward to seeing Jobsy evolve!
Great insights. I will consider implementing these as we expand Jobsy AI. Thank you.
$11 / mo seems very low for the value add. Your market is funded startups and enterprise. Your pricing may actually signal low quality. Just my opinion.
Thanks for the feedback. I am experimenting with the pricing for now. You have a valid point.
