LiveLearnr – A Real-Time Platform to Teach & Learn Skills Instantly
What If the Crowd Picked the Next Big Startup?,
Platforms like Skillshare, Teachable, Twitch, have paved the way for creators, educators, and niche experts to monetize their skills. They’ve each contributed to shaping the modern learning and creator economy in powerful ways.
But as learners increasingly seek real-time, hands-on access to teachers, and as experts look for faster, simpler ways to earn, there’s still room for something more direct.
That’s what I’m building with LiveLearnr.
What is LiveLearnr?
LiveLearnr is a new platform that enables anyone with a skill, whether in SaaS, art, AI, music, marketing, mechanics, or more to teach live, one-click sessions and get paid without the need to produce long-form content or grow a huge audience first.
Why LiveLearnr?
Most current platforms are optimized for static courses, streaming entertainment. LiveLearnr combines the monetization model of creator platforms with the intentionality of skill-sharing communities, but built for real-time learning.
Our MVP includes:
Instructor and learner sign-ups
Instructor profiles with reviews and badges
Session scheduling and notifications
Clean, focused user interface
Email-based early access collection
A clear 80/20 revenue model (80% to instructors, 20% platform fee)
First 100 instructors get 0% fees for their first month
How it works:
Instructors go live, learners join the session, and payments are handled through major methods (cards, Google/Apple Pay, PayPal). No editing, no polished curriculum required, just live interaction and teaching.
Live MVP:
You can check out the current version of LiveLearnr here:

The goal:
To provide an alternative for people who want to teach and learn live, quickly, and without the overhead of pre-recording content, audience-building, or complex funnels.
We’re currently gathering feedback and early users. I’d love to hear from:
Creators who want to teach live
Learners who prefer hands-on, real-time guidance
Builders interested in the evolving space of education + creator tools
Would you use something like this? What features would be essential to make it a daily tool for you?
Thanks for reading,
Founder, LiveLearnr
Nice idea! I am interested in pooling funds for this idea, I will send you an email and we can discuss about this.
Thanks! You got my email on the profile, feel free to reach out ! :)
Great job! Clean and focused—excited to see where this goes.
Thanks, means a lot.
Great to see this. Congratulations to you and best wishes.
I am also working on a project since few months now. I will be launching it pretty soon :)
Thanks, great to hear that. Send a link if you have anything for the project, would be glad to take a look.
Hello DrMax, I would love to you hear your feedback. Here is the link https://launchshed.com/quick-start-commerce
I just checked it out, honestly looks super clean and it got me interested to see if I can be a part of it. And I am being honest, great work, this has a lot of promise dude. Market it properly and it should be doing well, see if you can get partners and see if you can get people to market it for you, like affiliates.
Hi DrMax,
I see potential and not far from the space I'm trying to get into (but mine is networking/peer support focused).
My (uneducated) view would be that your web needs to focus in finding interested learners and then instructors will come. Currently the first biggest thing one sees when visiting is inviting instructors to take first 100 free spots. I would flip it on its head and focus on building a list of interested learners. Then you can match them with instructors even hand picked from other platforms.
Just my thoughts.
But good luck, I will keep watching, really interested in this and happy to keep giving feedback.
Thx
Bart
Hi Bart,
You are on to something, did not look at it from that angle, but it does play a huge role which way this approach is done. Thanks for that. I hope yours works out even better than mine. Let me know what is is so I can maybe chime in and give you some feedback.
Thanks
Thanks, yeah it would be great if you could give me some feedback on what I'm exploring, check out "netuorked", I've now set it up in products database. You can also find www under same name and twitter.
(Would exchange thoughts regularly, we're exploring similar spaces)
Many thanks!
