Just Launched: My AI Helpdesk Assistant – Built with OpenAI, LangChain & Streamlit

I just launched my AI-powered Helpdesk Assistant that answers internal FAQ, HR, IT, or support-related questions — all from your uploaded PDF documents.

It uses LangChain, OpenAI, ChromaDB, and Streamlit, and it's fully open source and deployed.

🧠 What it does:
Upload your own PDFs (support manuals, HR guides, etc.)

Ask natural-language questions like “How do I access my VPN?”

Get fast, accurate, cited answers

Includes source links, file upload, chat history, and auto-RAG pipeline
