Just Launched My First App: PawShare

Congrats on shipping, Kevin. Since you already have a big dog-content audience, I’d avoid treating “social media” as one big channel and turn it into a product funnel.

One test I’d run: make content around specific recurring pain points, not the app itself. “Who fed the dog?”, “did the sitter give meds?”, “who walked them last?” Then the CTA is just the fix for that exact moment.

For early users, I’d also look at dog walkers, sitters, breeders, and trainers as distribution partners. They already touch households where coordination is painful, and one partner can create a small cluster of users instead of one download at a time.

How do you keep dog care consistent when more than one person’s involved?

Then reply daily under Reddit and YouTube comments about dog care routines, pet tech, or dog walking. Write things like, Yeah totally — we saw the same thing, most dog apps are either trackers or socials, not both, or Same, that’s why we built a simple GPS tracker that syncs between family members automatically.

Post one AI UGC video daily with an AI avatar showing a happy or surprised reaction, with overlay text like “Wait, this app tracks my dog walks and connects me with other dog parents?” followed by visuals of PawShare’s interface.

Run this consistently for 30 days — two slideshow posts daily, one AI UGC video daily, three memes weekly, plus Reddit and YouTube engagement to build trust among dog owners.
