Just launched my first Web App🎉!

I've been wanting to build a web application for years. I've been studying Django for about 6 months and I finally finished working on my first commercial web app: an online platform to find the perfect cofounder for your revolutionary project (cofoundr.tech).
I will do some promotion to get some people on the website and then I'll work on the SEO.
Do you guys have any advice on how to promote such a product for free or for cheap? What should be my approach when dealing with SEO? Would any of you like to test he website and give me some feedback? What's the best way to monetise it?

You should fulfill your marketplace with members. Find the relevant "looking for co-founder" posts from all over the Internet (Reddit, IH, niched platforms). Pick the best ones. Outreach post authors, try to find out additional information and list the original post with the additional information on your platform. Also, you can manually match them with those people who want to become a co-founder. (handpicked opportunities, etc)
Your platform requires a lot of manual, 'not scalable' actions. So if you want to promote that platform for free, you should be ready for that.
Hey man, thanks for the advice. Tbh I'm really struggling with this and now that school started I find it hard to dedicate as much time to the marketing as I'd like to.
Do you think I should partner up with someone with marketing experience?

In terms of promoting your product for free - you'll essentially always pay in either time or cash. To begin with, creating content around the early stages of business ideas (how to find ideas, how to prototype them, how to make your first sale etc) feels like a pretty reasonable niche to attract people who might use your service.
How do you plan to drive revenue with this?
I had some ideas for generating revenue: ads, payments from people who want their public profiles to be on top of the first page, and maybe create a newsletter
