Just launched on PH solo project
Hey folks 👋 launched a gaming events management app on PH today!
Although not sure how well it’ll do as PH is a different set of users. But if you have any comments on strategy I should use to promote this launch let me know please!

Great app looking sick! You asked how you should promote it, I got some ideas.
Find out where those gamers are. Find some forums or Discord servers where they could be.
Since many (Twitch) streamers play games with their community. You could try to reach out to them and bring them to promote or/and use your product.
To get an audience I would create an Instagram account. Post news on there and showcase the app there. You can def grow an audience with this.

Thanks for the suggestions! I am looking into these. Although finding it difficult to get traction on Discord servers as most doesn't allow promotions.
Do you have strategies to promote without coming off as solely promoting?
Hm. I would search for servers that have a channel called "self promotion" or something similar. But one way I think would be the best on Discord, would be to just DM the owner of the community and ask him for a collab. I would target the bigger and active servers that have Discord partners.
