Just Launched: OpenSty – Simple Direct Booking Pages for Property Owners

Hey everyone 👋

Today I’m launching OpenSty, a small SaaS I’ve been building for the past few months.

The Problem

In Facebook groups for holiday rentals, I kept seeing property owners manually managing bookings in Messenger

  • “Is it available next week?”

  • “How much does it cost?”

  • “Can we bring a dog?”

Everything is handled through back-and-forth messages.

At the same time, many small hosts don’t want to rely fully on big marketplaces or pay commissions.

The Solution

OpenSty lets property owners create a simple booking page with:

  • Photos

  • Description

  • Availability calendar

  • Prices

  • Booking request form

They can share one link (e.g. : https://villa-olive-breeze.opensty.com) instead of answering the same questions repeatedly.

No marketplace.

No commissions.

Just a clean page they control.

Tech Stack (lightweight)

  • Next.js

  • Supabase (auth + DB)

  • Stripe (subscriptions)

  • Wildcard subdomains

Current Stage

The product is fully working.

I’m currently:

  • Onboarding early users manually

  • Offering free access during testing

  • Collecting feedback to refine UX

This is a side project. My goal isn’t hypergrowth — if I can turn it into a steady micro-SaaS, I’ll be happy.

I’d love feedback on:

  • Messaging & positioning

  • Pricing (subscription-only vs free plan)

  • Distribution strategy (Facebook groups vs broader market)

Appreciate any thoughts from fellow indie builders 🙌

Congrats on the launch — this solves a very real pain I’ve seen in rental groups 👏

Curious: with early users coming in, how are you deciding what to focus on next — pricing, distribution, or product features?

      Thanks! 🙌

Distribution first. I want real users testing it, then I’ll iterate based on feedback and actual usage patterns.
