Just launched our iOS app on Product Hunt after 2 months in beta!

We just launched an app with the most beautiful wallpapers for iOS (in our humble opinion) – Artpaper.

It's kind of an unusual launch for us. Previously, we would have released the app as soon it were more or less polished. Now, we kept it in beta for nearly 2 months. We acquired 1,500 users before the actual release. 1/3 of them are using the app on a daily basis. In total, we collected contacts of 3,000 people interested in the app.

Needless to say, all of them received a heads up.
