I'm Rittam, and after months of late nights and caffeine-powered brainstorming, I finally shipped the MVP of Rentesy – a vertical SaaS platform built specifically for property managers in India.

💡 Why Rentesy?
Managing 10+ properties in India is chaos. You're juggling WhatsApp messages from tenants, spreadsheets of rent payments, maintenance issues, legal docs, and owners breathing down your neck. I built Rentesy to bring structure and automation to this madness.

Unified dashboard for managing owners, tenants & vendors
Automated rent reminders & late fee tracking
Razorpay integration for rent collection 💸
Real-time AI assistant (in Indian languages!) for support & dispute resolution (WIP)
Multi-tenant support (no pun intended 😄)
💥 What makes it different:

Rentesy isn't just a spreadsheet with buttons. It thinks with you AI helps resolve common tenant-owner disputes, understands rent ledgers in multiple languages, and even helps property managers explain settlements clearly to non-tech-savvy landlords.
