Looks really good! Design is nice and clean and message is clear.
Only suggestion I have is perhaps the h1 could be a bit more specific? E.g. Help your peers get a new job rather than just Help your peers.
Idea-wise, it says Hiring company relies on credibility of the person who recommends. How does the employer know if the person who recommended a candidate is credible or not?

Sounds good. I asked because looks like you're building a two-sided marketplace, and my guess is that employers are the most important side since they'll provide job opportunities and pay for referrals.
Yes, Mirko. Marketplace as it is with all the problems related to it. ) Of course I use cold outreach to HR departments to convince them use it. It is thing called "cold start problem" when we need to bring minimum value for both sides before we can scale up
