Hey Indie Hackers! 👋
I just launched QRflick – a clean, responsive, and fast QR & barcode generator focused on real-time updates and full customization.
I noticed most QR code tools are either outdated, behind paywalls, or overcomplicated. I wanted something:
Easy to use
Real-time & smooth
Customizable
Free (no signup required)
So I built QRflick from scratch with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and a strong focus on UX.
Real-time preview as you type
Multiple QR types (URL, WiFi, vCard, email, etc.)
Export as SVG, PNG, or print-ready PDF
Customize color, size, shape, and error correction level
Mobile-friendly, works great on all screen sizes
I'd love your feedback — good or bad! I’m especially curious about:
UX improvements
Feature suggestions
Ideas for monetization or growing the user base
Thanks for reading! And shoutout to this community — you've all inspired a lot of what I've learned building this.
Let me know what you think ✌️
