Just launched Ritn3D on the App Store — floor plan to 3D in 2 minutes

After months of building, Ritn3D is live on the iOS App Store.

The problem: Turning a floor plan into a 3D model requires CAD skills, expensive software, and hours of manual work. Most people who need 3D visualization — realtors, homeowners, designers — don't have those skills.

The solution: Upload a floor plan image. AI detects the layout. A full 3D model with realistic textures is generated in under 2 minutes.

What makes it different:

- Works with any floor plan format (PDF, JPG, PNG)

- No 3D modeling knowledge required

- Interactive viewer with orbit and walk-through modes

- Shareable 3D links

- STL export for 3D printing physical scale models

- GLB download for digital use

The business model is freemium:

- Free: 1 render/month

- Pro ($9.99/mo): 20 renders, HD textures, walk mode, cloud sync

- Pro+ ($19.99/mo): Everything in Pro, 5 STL/GLB downloads, commercial use

The 3D printing angle is interesting — small 3D print shops can use Ritn3D as their backend to offer architectural scale models as a product line. No CAD work needed. Download the STL, slice, print, sell for $50-100.

the 3D printing angle is really smart, that's basically a built-in B2B distribution channel where you don't need to acquire each end customer yourself. feels like the kind of niche where Apple Search Ads could work well too since people searching "floor plan to 3D" or "3D model from photo" on the App Store have super high intent. have you thought about which acquisition channel you want to lean into first, or are you mostly riding organic discovery for now?

This is a really interesting use case for AI — especially for people who aren’t technical but still want to visualise spaces quickly.

Curious, are you targeting individual users (like homeowners) or more professionals like architects/real estate?
