Just Launched Slacktive: Always Appear Active on Slack
A couple of days ago I was having a 🍻 with a friend who was complaining about the fact that his boss would always check whether he was active on Slack or not.
We realized that there might be a lot of remote workers in the same situation so we decided to develop an extremely simple and fun solution (until their bosses realize that it's better to work by goal rather than by time): https://www.slacktive.me/

Haha, looks like a great little project.
If you get traction, maybe consider adding a remote job board (since these people are likely to be looking for a new job soon :D ...not due to being fired though, but by the fact they have a crappy boss).
