Just launched ZugFlow (beta) – Scheduling software for salons & artisans. Official launch in September!

Hi everyone,

We’re building ZugFlow, a SaaS platform for managing appointments, teams, and clients, designed specifically for salons and independent artisans (hairdressers, nail artists, tattoo studios, spas, barbers, and more).

ZugFlow is now publicly available in beta at:
https://zugflow.com

We're currently testing all features and fine-tuning the product for the official launch in September 2025.

Key features already available:
Smart calendar – fast and simple daily view

Team filter – easily manage each staff member's schedule
Multi-service bookings – clients can book multiple services in one go
Reassign appointments – easily move bookings between team members
Custom statuses – confirmed, paid, pending, or others you define
Client management – detailed client profiles and appointment history
Custom team permissions – role-based access and visibility
Advanced drag & drop – intuitive rescheduling and resizing
Automatic reminders – email or SMS confirmations and reminders
Online booking page – public link for client self-booking
Mini site for each business – every salon gets its own “ZugPage”
Calendar-integrated task manager – add notes and to-dos per day

ZugFlow is fully optimized for speed and mobile use.

Roadmap:
Reach 250 active salons by May 2026
Expand across Italy, Spain, and other European countries
Adapt ZugFlow for other industries (mechanics, tailors, private tutors, etc.)

We’re a team of 3 people handling development, design, marketing, and support internally.

Any feedback or suggestions are truly appreciated.

For those who’ve launched a vertical SaaS: What worked best to get your first 100 paying users?
  1. Direct outreach (DMs, emails, cold calls)
  2. Paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  3. SEO + content marketing
  4. Partnerships/influencers
  5. Community building

Really interesting product! The multi-service booking and client management features sound especially useful for salons and spas.
