Just made my landing page public

Hello Hackers,

I always wanted to get the most out of my time. I used to plan what I need to this week but did not map what to do at what time and ended up messing days : ( When I tried it manually it turned out to be very inefficient and over-ambitious. That's why I thought of creating this product that would do that task for us :)

You give the tasks, its deadline, and some personal preferences and we use our powerful algorithms to tell you what you should be doing every month, week, and also every hour to achieve your goals.

Here is the landing page: https://saafone.club.

I would love to know if the page is able to communicate clearly what the product is and does it feel attractive enough that people would signup for the waitlist?

Also, you can join the waitlist in case you want to be an early adopter of the product ;) We will accept only 10 people in the first month of the beta launch!

    Hi Suyog.

LP seems attractive enough to me. Regarding the clarity of the product, for me it would be beneficial to explain how actually your app organizes the calendar(explain those powerful algorithms). Without this the product seems like just another productivity app. Good luck.

    here's a headline -
"Need to fix your schedule - let AI help you" or "Too lazy to schedule - let AI help you"
Sub: You add the tasks and let Saafone do the rest. It's that easy.

    need more help lemme know

Thanks a lot for the suggestion @ebstheace Would consider and add these soon!

    • Wording in "Your time is important and a clear schedule is important to get most out of it" is awkward/incorrect.
    • Some of the text needs to be resized it seems off (too small relative to container)
    • Color scheme is a bit weird (contrast).

    Hi Suyog!

So to answer your two biggest questions:

    1. Clarity on product - Not really
    2. Attractiveness to purchase - Yes, but I'd change a few things

Here are 4 things I would do to make it clearer

    1. Header

What core desire does Saafone fulfill? → getting more time

What core fear does it help users avoid? → wasting time/wasting their life/not accomplishing their true purpose

What are users’ first reason for NOT buying your product?→ tell them why they’re wrong (like you would in a 1:1 conversation)

There are a lot of productivity apps, so the main objective is probably along the lines of

    • switching costs → explain how fast, simple, or easy it is to try “setup in 5 min...”
    • improvement → prove that it is better than the tools they’re currently using “...and save 30 min a day over your Notion board”

Write that in 3 sentences for your header: Core desire, fulfilled. Core fear, avoided. First objection addressed.

Stay away from words like “productive”. They are buzzwords, but they aren’t actually helpful in describing value

    2. Explain how your product does everything promised in the header

    • List the 3 ways that Saafone provides value and the benefit of those features
    • and what features or functionality answer their objections?

Write those answers in 1-2 sentences.

You can also use the objection line here too: “setup in 5 min and save 30 min a day over your Notion board”

    So final subheader is:

Feature, value provided. Feature, value provided. Second objection answered.

    3. The image is squished

choose a better image or make the image box responsive

or better yet, create a Loom of the tool in action

    4. Remove the menu at the top.

Just keep the logo, but switch the logo to the company name, not the logo icon

I built a landing page copywriting worksheet that has 45+ phrase templates and built-in best practices too that will definitely help you write more clearly. Plus some suggestions on the design.

I’m happy to help, let me know if you have more questions! I do branding and marketing for SaaS startups for a living. :)
