Just Published my App in Google Play Store

Hey guys,

I just built the early version of my expense tracker. As a software engineer, I'm always keen on building new products and as a person who's into personal finance, budgeting, etc. I decided to make my own version of expense tracker and manager. Some of the expense trackers hold the data in their cloud/storage (online), but my app will be offlined-first, meaning that the data will be stored in your device. There will be an option to synchronize your data in the future, but I'm prioritizing saving it locally on your device.

The features will be similar to any other expense tracker/manager, but with more complete features. As it is the early version there are only a few features such as:

  • Expense tracking (input your expenses/income)
  • Daily summary of your expense and income
  • Monthly summary of your expense and income
  • Categories to separate your income and expenses

But over the next few months, I'm planning to add more features like:

  • Export your data to PDF/CSV
  • Adding Budget planning
  • Create multiple accounts to track your cash/banks/investments
  • Adding currency
  • Adding Financial goals tracker

Hope you can give my app a try and I would love to hear any feedbacks, advice or suggestions from you guys. :)

    How will you monetize it?

I'm thinking to make it Freemium, but currently it's still totally free in this version and no ads. But there will be ads in the future for the free version.
