🚀 Just shipped BGtoScreen - Turn boring screenshots into eye-candy
Spent the weekend building something I desperately needed.
The problem: Every screenshot I shared looked boring AF. White backgrounds, cluttered desktops, zero personality.
The solution: BGtoScreen - Add beautiful backgrounds to screenshots in 3 clicks.
Why I built this:
Tired of ugly screenshots in my presentations
Saw Remove.bg making millions from similar concept
Wanted something dead simple (upload → pick background → download)
Current features: ✅ Drag & drop upload
✅ 12 gradient backgrounds
✅ Padding & border radius controls
✅ Instant download
What's next:
More background options
Mobile app
Batch processing
Freemium model
The goal: Make every screenshot look professional without opening Photoshop.
For other builders: Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best. This took 2 days to build but solves a daily annoyance.
Try it and let me know what you think! 👇
What background styles would you want to see added?
