Just shipped episode 3 – steady growth so far!

Getting into a rhythm now! Aiming for one episode a week and so far hitting that goal. Latest episode with Jerad Maplethorpe, founder of Hypertxt (hypertxt.ai) and NewsletterOps (newsletterops.ai) was a genuine pleasure. Friendly, laid-back chat with a part-time indie hacker who had some early success with his first product (peaked at $3k MRR), hit some churn due to weak positioning in an increasingly hot market (AI writing tools) and is applying the lessons he learned to his new product.
