Just shipped our MVP: Seedance 2.0 Video — AI video generation from text & images

Hey Indie Hackers! We just shipped the MVP of Seedance 2.0 Video.
It’s an AI video generation tool that turns text, images, and clips into short cinematic videos, with style control and visual consistency across scenes.

What works today

  • Text‑to‑video & image‑to‑video

  • Style control and character consistency

  • Multi‑image remix and instant variations

  • Common aspect ratios (landscape/portrait/square)

Who it’s for
Creators and teams who need fast visual iterations for social content, ads, and storyboarding.

We’re still early and would love feedback on:

  1. The onboarding flow

  2. Output quality & consistency

  3. What’s missing for real production use

If you’re open to testing, here’s the MVP:

Thanks in advance for any feedback — happy to answer questions!

Hello Aishu, I saw your recent milestone, congrats! I’m a Virtual Assistant who supports founders with Customer Support VA, Executive VA. Let me know if you will be needing some support right now!

    Congratulation, once again

Just visited the site — really impressive work! The interface feels clean and intuitive, which is often harder to pull off than the tech itself.

One small UX note: I uploaded an image and wrote out a prompt, but when it prompted me to log in, all my input was wiped. A bit frustrating when you're excited to try it out. Saving the state before redirecting to login would go a long way.

That said, the sample outputs speak for themselves — high quality results that genuinely made me want to sign up and start using it. Great job on this!

Congrats on the launch!!! The consistency across scenes is genuinely impressive for an MVP

From a product perspective, one thing I’d be interested in is how teams handle iteration loops. For example: generating multiple variations, selecting scenes, and refining sequences collaboratively.

Looks like a strong foundation already — especially for early-stage creative workflows.
