Just starting out in business at 57!
After being made redundant from my last 2 marketing jobs, and at age 57 I decided it was time to take a different direction and work for myself.
After researching different opportunities, I began to look at affiliate marketing, and searching out content writers. Although there are many content writing companies, none seemed to offer content bundles where I could get 5, 10 or more articles in easy way, for a good price.
I registered the name Textley and quickly built the site over a couple of days. Found some great writers and went live on Tuesday. It's early days but I've started to reach out to people in the industry.
I think the lesson learned is not to think about things to much, just get your idea out there! If you fail it doesn't matter, because it may lead you down a more successful path.
Let's see how it pans out!

Site looks really good, what tools/services used to created it?
Few ideas:
Maybe to put few more examples in sample section.
Maybe to clarify, is it text only, so no images/formatting (sample contains photos).
As others mentioned, there is something with links.

One piece of feedback and a question:
When I go to Samples and then click on "How it works" or "Pricing", nothing happens. I think it's because you're using an anchor tag to navigate those sections on the homepage, and so when you're on the Samples page, it doesn't work.
You mention "Get premium content on food blogging, training programs and on more specific blogs." Does this mean you also offer outreach and publication for your clients (even as an add-on) or do you leave that to them?
Congratulations! You are on your way to a better journey, one that is entirely in your hands. One error I found on the site: when you click on the "see samples" button https://textley.com/blog; the menus don't work on that page. Otherwise, the idea and execution look great. Keep it up. Oh and one other idea - as a marketer, do you think its too wordy? (irony of ironies hahahaha).

Congrats, good for you. I've seen this happening in my current company where they are pushing out many older workers. I am too well aware of this I hate it - Companies no longer treat people as people but numbers, they have lost their humanity.
If you are looking for more writers let me know. I know a person who also started their own business but I am sure he'd like somehow to collaborate. If your interested just email me and I'll send you his contact info...
