Is this the website you are trying to promote with SEO?
There's a lot of work required there, but I would mostly suggest that you start using a BI tool to measure your site engagement. Twik, Google Analytics or even Power BI.
Learn your site and understand your traffic.
Then make smart decisions, and help your site.
In terms of SEO I would make sure that your site is technically approved and it's going to be easy for Google crawlers to scrawl your site.
Later on focus on content.
