Just updated our landing page content

We have just updated our landing page content and would love some feedback on what other people think as well as if you can understand what we do.

I'm also open to suggestions on anywhere or anyway we can improve.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Chris

    Some quick feedback

    1. Not entirely sure what the product is from the headline. Would clarify this section "Give your support team a dedicated platform to keep your customers happy and satisfied." to explain how you solve the problem
    2. Update CTA to be a smaller button with copy that solves the pain point. Would move the no credit card outside the button
    3. Make the CTA easy to reach through the page so they can always act. Either by having a fixed navbar or duplicating the CTA near bottom of the page.

    Here's a resource that may help. https://services.google.com/fh/files/events/pdf_leadgen_ux_playbook.pdf

    Good luck :)

      Akhil,

I will look at improving the landing page with the feedback provided and I will definitely take a look at the google playbook linked above.

      Thanks,

      Chris

    Great landing page design @CW92

    Feedback:

    • One thing I would make it better is arranging the screenshot of your product slightly earlier, show your product :)

I'm also re-designing my site, it would be awesome to hear your ideas.

@felix12777 Thank you for your feedback, we are currently upgrading the UI on our product as well so once we have finished this I will definitely look at moving it higher up the landing page.

I will take a look at your landing page and try and provide some feedback as well.

Overall it looks awesome! Just a few thoughts:

    Design

    1. The contrast between your headline and the left gradient isn't high enough—it's pretty hard on the eyes
    2. Similarly, the contrast between your CTA button and the right gradient isn't high enough—I can read it, but the button doesn't jump out like a good CTA should
    3. Finally, the contrast of the subheading ("Allow your support team...") also seems too low
    4. It takes me a second to figure out that the next section contains testimonials. I'd suggest adding photos (or some kind of avatars) and quotation marks
    5. Typo: "Frequently Ask Questions" should be "Frequently Asked Questions"

    Product

I like that your headline tells me the problem you're going to solve for me, but I have no idea what the product is. You should mention up front that this is a helpdesk.

Other than that it sounds compelling! Good luck.

      Tom,

Thanks for your feedback and I will look into incorporating these into further iterations of the landing page.

      Cheers,
