Kanban boards, lists timelines - what do you use ???

https://trackmylift.app

Hey,

Just thought I'd get a bit of discussion going here around project management.

As my product matures, I've introduced a backlog into the project where I can clearly see what I need to do development wise.

I'm currently using Asana Project Board which works very well for my product development https://trackmylift.app which is helping me keep on target for my 31st August release.

What do you use? I know there's alot out there!

I just started to manage a "team" (we are 2).
I use Asana in combination with Clockify.me for tracking tasks and time it took each of it. Clockify also allows to differentiate between billable and non billable registers which is really cool for me.

I would like to find a tool which allows me to do everything from the same platform and in specific to be able to put an estimated time to compare with real time it took.

    Any ideas about this?

BTW did someone tried Jira and could share their experience?

I use Jira in my full time job, and it's great for bigger scaled teams and projects!

I have used Kanban Tool in the past that have free and paid tiers. Obviously Trello is very versatile.

If anyone is looking for a solution in 2023, I have recently updated this list of the best Kanban board tools. It includes a feature comparison table for easier navigation.

I've used Trello as well! I am loving Asana at the moment though, seems to fit well with what I need!
