Keeping my Launch Streak alive

I'm a big fan of Product Hunt. In fact I have launched a product (usually many) every year since 2015.

About a month ago I realized I was in danger of losing my streak.

Rather than let the streak end, I decided to make a push to keep the streak alive. I know streaks have been used for gamification on many platforms, but this particular streak was something more personal.

Deciding what to build is always tough, so I focused on a problem I was personally feeling, a product that I would use myself.

I landed on the idea of Submitting, and built everything in public on Twitter.

Product Hunt is just one of the many places I submit products when I launch them, and managing the list and tracking the submissions has always been a problem. I ended up with many spreadsheets over the years.

No more! Submitting makes it easy for anyone to build a list of the places they want to submit their products, or use the lists that others have curated.
