Keeping sustained traffic going
Hey y'all, even though we launched just two weeks ago, I'm foreseeing that thegoodstartup.com, like many online media sites at the beginning, will have issues with scaling and getting more traffic!
Do you have any advice or resources that will keep new traffic high and energized for the first couple of months? Ideally free traffic since we're still building the beginnings of our readership. Thanks so much for reading this and helping!
Content is king in media. I used to run a Facebook page that got to 36k fans. Most of those fans came from 3 viral posts
Look at different network effects strategies. And, as the saying goes, do things that don't scale. Engage with your users and build a sense of community. Nurture each user as a potential brand advocate.
