If you don't know Lynne before, check out her IH's podcast How to Build a Life You Love by Quitting Everything Else with Lynne Tye of Key Values. I think it is the best one of the best ones. Definitely recommend to listen. She really inspired me and helped me a lot. Sooooo happy to have her onboard!!!
