Keywords and how to use them

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone is aware of some tools that would help me find out what keywords (long-tail mainly for my project) that they are aware of that I could use on my hunt?

In addition, how exactly do you use long tail keywords in content? This is something I've always found challenging - the relation between keywords and SEO.
