Kintsu just crossed 1,800 waitlist — here's what we learned from our first 40 beta users

Two weeks ago we had 1,500 people on the waitlist. Today it's 1,800.

More importantly, our first 40 beta users are showing us what the WordPress AI space actually needs.

Here's what I learned:

1. Everyone wants to edit their EXISTING site

most WordPress AI tools build new sites from scratch. Turns out founders already have sites. They want to improve what they have, not start over.

Kintsu.ai lets you chat with your existing WordPress site and make changes through natural language. Works with any theme: Divi, Elementor, custom code.

2. The "sandbox preview" feature is a game changer

Users can see exactly what their changes will look like before going live. No more "oh crap, I broke my site" moments.

This came from watching beta users stress about making changes to live sites. basically they wanted a safe playground first.

3. Speed matters more than perfection

Beta users are choosing Kintsu over traditional development for one reason. They can describe what they want in plain English and see it happen in minutes, not weeks.

One user said: "I spent 3 months trying to find a developer for a simple layout change. Kintsu did it in 10 minutes."

What's next:

We're opening up more beta slots this week. If you've been waiting to try the platform that's redefining WordPress AI, reply with "interested" and I'll send you early access.

Currently free during beta. Planning to launch with a freemium model later this year.

What's the biggest pain point you have with your WordPress site right now?
