The product offering is very clear, I could easily figure out what your product does.

The landing page does have some issues, though. Firstly, I like how you are matching your colors in the over the fold area with your logo. This is nicely done. What I don't like is the animated background. When you have animation in the foreground (the changing text) and in the background (the curved lines), this makes it difficult for the user to focus on anything. Considering the background animation doesn't have any purpose whatsoever, I would just drop that.

I also found it odd how your website's favicon is not your logo. Your logo looks pretty good, a bit generic but not bad. That should be your favicon, too.

Some of the texts in the landing page read awkward and unpolished. For example, in the very beginning, "Around 95% of your site’s visitors are anonymous because their not logged in!" - It should be "they’re", not "their".

Also, I don't know what ROAS is. If you are going to use acronyms, you should be very mindful when doing so and consider explaining what they mean.

As a business owner and a developer, my first thought after seeing your pitch is that how does this work? Currently, the landing page doesn't address this at all. You could address this by explaining a bit how this works and ideally, offer some kind of live demo. If you claim your product can tell me information about anonymous web users, how about you show that to me right now by telling me who am I? If your landing page could accurately show some information about me, that would be a very good selling point.

I like that you are offering reasons why I should join your early beta, but for me, these are not enough. For me to join your beta, I would like to know a bit more what kind of pricing does this thing going to have (read: if this is too expensive, I'm not interested), and how much of an early adapter discount am I going to get. All you say that I get a deal if I join the waiting list, but that's way too vague.

I think this seems like an interesting product and the landing page is very good, you are doing many things correctly but there is some room for improvement. Good job!

@jv16 I greatly appreciate the time and effort you put into writing your response! Your "QA" work will be very helpful in taking additional steps forward. As I continue to improve upon things I will work to prioritize many of the items you have mentioned. Enjoy the rest of your week!

I love it, super professional view, and the message is very clear with the competition advantages.

However the testimonials looks out of scope with none related context. And it run too fast, for me was hard to read them.

    Good luck!

Thank you for the feedback. You are correct about the testimonials. This is our draft lander we will improve on based on community feedback (like yours) before marketing. Thank you!

        Awesome! @KKWT
By the way, I noticed you don't have a feedback component and wanted to offer you early access to my feedback software for free. Check it out here: https://feedbackuser.webflow.io/

Best of luck with your business!

I suggest simplifying the hero visual. The concept is great, but I don't think visitors who just landed need to see the full JS response, it's a bit overwhelming.

For example, the illustration that you have inside "Increase ROAS by targeting audiences" section would be much better because it's more clear, I can understand in a second the key insights your product provides.

Also, I assume you don't want to target just developers. This leads me to your positioning.

Your copy doesn't answer "is it for me?". For example, a headline like this would be more powerful:
    "Real-time Visitor Segmentation for eCommerce"
And remove the animation, just pick 1 headline. Otherwise, it creates confusion.

Also, think about who would benefit from your product the most. To me, it seems like eCommerce is the obvious choice. And I see you're already showing this inside the section "Personalize your visitor’s onsite experience."

Finally, I think the biggest objection will be, "how does it work, what do you do so there are no cookies, and it's GDPR compliant". So try to address this objection in your copy as early as possible and as clearly as possible. Right now, you have a section "Worry Free Compliance" with 4 cards. One of the cards is:
"Cookieless: GDPR / CCPA compliant. We will never automatically track or cookie any of your visitors."
But think about how does that translate into value for your customers? In this case, it would be: "You won't have to bug your users with a cookies consent banner because we don't use cookies".

Design observations that will help your design look more clean and professional:

    • Consistent styling for cards. There are a few cards that have a style of card inside a card that looks odd. Also, some cards have a top green border. This just makes the design look too busy. Use the testimonial card style for all cards.
    • General feel. Overall, the design lacks visual interest and looks like done by someone with not a lot of design experience. Some elements on their own are high quality but then added together, create an amateurish design feel. Mostly it's because of the repeating background for each section and the color palette. Also, I noticed you're using in your design a mix of Tailwind UI pocket template and Tailwind UI's own website. I suggest sticking to 1 style. I understand you're not a designer, so just use the Pocket template styling, which looks great. And for any extra sections, use the same color palette and design style of the template to stay consistent and keep the professional, high-quality look.

@jasonbaciulis Thank you for the write up! Very detailed and I can agree with many things you have mentioned. I will certainly prioritize some of these when time becomes available. Again, thank you for taking the time and effort, as a one person show at the moment this is extremely helpful! Enjoy the weekend.

Overall, it's a very good site. But I would have more info regarding how exactly it works and how to operate it.

For example, you could have a video that demonstrates how the product works and all the settings and options.

As someone else has mentioned, it is odd that your logo is not you favicon. It might confuse customers if they're on the right site or not.

I would also try to make the wording simpler. Unless your marketing is very targeted, a broader audience may not understand the jargon you use. You can easily do this by simply pasting in your current text and asking ChatGPT to simplfy it for you.

Speaking of websites, I'd love for you to check out the one I have pinned on my twitter and tell me what you think if you have the time: https://twitter.com/TheRealEtch

Also, really interesting product overall, followed you on twitter!

It's a landing page ATM, with the true launch coming later.
