Knowledge base with Telegram chatbot?

Do you know a knowledge base that has a Telegram chatbot integration?

What I want to do:

• Have a set of questions and answers in the knowledge base
• Users can ask questions, the bot returns the right answers based on the knowledge base
• QAs will be updated frequently by 1-2 moderators in the knowledge base

Needs to be ready-made, preferably a hosted SaaS
