Krisp launched on Appsumo around a month ago and it had quite the hype. Here's the full article on how it went:

Appsumo is the best place to showcase your SaaS product and get real constructive feedback for its future development. It's also a great way to stay in touch with community members, tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs. Worth considering for all the early stage startups!
Appsumo also takes 70% of that $214,500 so ultimately that's not that much for the owner left with only 30%. What a scam!
It's true Appsumo takes a lot, but the launch isn't just about who makes how much money. They also got positive reviews, some honest feedback on the product and a bunch of new active users. That only helps grow your product and share it with a wider community that fits the target. They achieved a lot for such a short period of time.
Thank you for sharing this. Love the level of transparency for the insights and numbers. Not many companies do that today.. Agree that Appsumo takes a lot, but getting new users and visibility is way more important, imho.
