Laid off, Baby on the way, and the "Joker" I’m betting on: RezumFit

Four weeks ago, I lost my 9-to-5. In most situations, that's a crisis. But with a new baby arriving any day now, it’s a deadline. I realized that my only real "career insurance" wasn't a paycheck it was my ability to ship high-level code under pressure.

So, I’ve stopped applying for jobs alone but pulled a joker along: RezumFit.com.

The Product: Beating the ATS "Volume War"
We all know the problem: the job market is a mess, and generic resumes are dying in the ATS "black hole." Most AI resume tools are just thin ChatGPT wrappers. I built RezumFit to be a Product Engineer’s solution.

The Tech Stack: Built with Ruby on Rails 8 and Hotwire. It’s lightning-fast, reactive, and avoids the "SPA bloat" that kills most solo-founder projects.

The Engine: I’ve spent the last few months architecting a custom LLM orchestration layer. It doesn't just "rewrite" bullet points; it surgically maps an engineer’s specific technical experience (like Rails service objects or VIGA-based 3D exploration) to the semantic requirements of high-tier job descriptions.

The Progress: I've had a few dozen free users testing the engine. The results? It’s landing interviews where generic resumes failed.

The Business: Built for Buyout
I didn't just build an app; I built a system. Since I need to maximize my time between diaper changes and deep-work sessions, I’ve architected RezumFit to be a Turn-key SaaS Template.

Automation: Fully automated Stripe billing and Sidekiq background processing.

Exit-Ready: Every service object is documented and modular. I’m looking for an investor or a partner who can handle the "distribution skyscraper" while I keep the "engineering engine" running. Whether it’s a direct buyout or a growth partnership, I’ve built this to be a high-margin asset from Day 1.
