I think it looks all right. It looks like a nice, honest little app. The iCloud Keychain bit speaks about how it's not in the market for harvesting our data. The in-app purchases when I click to see the iOS app make it clear you might have a bit of real revenue from it.
I use 1password for my MFA and I kinda love it every I use it. I also had been using Authy, but never felt it was going to stay around for long.

The only thing I can say about using the same Password Manager to also store your OTP is that it's not a good practice, for the same reason you don't keep you credit card and pin code in the same wallet :)
Moreover 1Password in centralized, if their database is compromised all your data will be leaked.
In this case I believe diversification and decentralization are keys to improve our overall security.
Huh, I'll have to think of those points.
It's a good angle to communicate on your page anyway.
For me, those risks are abstract in my head. But what ends up being a perceived "cost"/ what creates a hesitation/anxiety is that I'll have to document a more convoluted setup to my wife if I use multiple apps for storing authentication stuff. It's irrational when you think about it, because it's just an extra step to document.
So given that, how about considering making your case for why a 1Password-only setup is risky, documenting a best practice right on the home page + a handout PDF the people could print out and put in a safe somewhere about the authentication setup in case something happens to you?

Lots of great feedback so far. Here's what I'd like to add.
My main question is "who gets to this page?" What's the visitor looking for? What problem is he/she trying to solve?
My concern is this. Right now, it only talks about its features --which is ok if the visitors are already very aware of the solution/product and the only requirement they need is MFA/2FA authentication. But isn't this something that all OTP authenticator have/do? If so, my next question is why should they choose you over the others in the market? If you know what that is (your differentiator) then don't be shy about saying that on the page. That is what makes people notice your product and gives you a fighting chance against your competitors.
I like the LP, it is very minimal but right content for the App. It is very clear what the app is and its features and benefits.
Some remarks which can improve the overall look:
-Your h1 font size is a bit too big in some aspect ratios, the heading overlaps with the top navbar and logo.
-Like-wise the paragraph text is also slight large in those cases.
-The image of the phones is cropped from the bottom, it would perhaps look good if the whole phone was presented.
-I get the minimal dual tone look, but perhaps the page could do with a bit more color. Perhaps slightly change the buttons to make them more appealing ,maybe some effect or change in color on hover.
-Add the app store logo and testimonials to give a sense of credibility.
-maybe the heading could say "Secure & Elegant OPT Authenticator" (as many wont be familiar with the terms 2FA and MFA but still would be looking for such an app.)
Off-course tastes are subjective and these are my personal views, but hope they are of some help or at least trigger some ideas.

They are acronym for 2 Factor Authentication and Multi Factor Authentication.
It’s basically the process that happens when you login to a new device/browser etc and the system asks you for a code in addition to your username/password. This is an additional protection layer so that if you get your password hacked your account will still be safe.
Those code can be sent via sms, email or using an OTP (one time password) generator like Obsidian.
Have you ever heard/used any of those?

yeah I think it'd good to add more explanation, it may not be crystal clear what Obsidian does if you are not familiar with 2FA/MFA.
