Landing page feedback

Link: https://colorways.club/

I'm looking for

  1. Is it clear what the app does?
  2. Is anything unclear?
  3. How comfortable do you feel sharing your phone number?

Please be brutally honest!

I like this idea a lot.

This isn't competing against anything meaningful I already know about. Instagram is gross to me these days, this feels private.

I wouldn't change anything to the landing page. Phone number? I think I would share it. But you know, it's a no until I actually do.

Regarding the phone number thing. Since you're charging me something for the service, I don't have as much anxiety about the phone number thing. If there was no price, I'd have more anxiety about the whole service, let alone sharing my phone number.

Thanks for the feedback and for sharing it on Twitter pascal!

Is the service something that you'd personally find useful?

        1. 1

Not yet. It's not the right time for it. But maybe soon!

sorry i just noticed this comment!

thank you for the incredible detailed reasoning :)
we collected feedback and iterated on the idea a bit. I'll share with you shortly!

With the example it does clearly show what it does. A trial period would certainly help to decide before actually paying for it to decide if any of the looks are fitting me.

Got it. Is the service something that you'd personally be open to paying for?

I'm living with a kind of minimalist wardrobe so not necessarily the target group.

    1. Yes, it looks clear that if I sign up I'll receive a text message with an outfit suggestion and links to purchase it.
    2. I'm not sure if I would get the text message the day I will wear it, or in advance.
    3. I would be fine sharing my phone number, but I would block the service or unsubscribe if it became unuseful.

Hey @lasargnia, what the product does is clear, but what I'm missing is the how and the why of the service. Specifically:

    • How do you send relevant outfits to your users?
    • Why should I pay $4/month when I can get tons of outfits for free (for example, via Instagram)?
    • Why do I need your service? I mean, are these outfits better than the ones I can choose myself?

It looks like you send outfit ideas.

There are a few things you need to put on your home page, right now it is way too minimal

    1. What is your value proposition. Why are you better than the free options out there. I can possibly just go on Reddit or Facebook and get outfit ideas
    2. Who is is meant for? I am a guy, will this service be suitable for me or is it only for women?
    3. What kind of outfit ideas do you send? Winter summer or something else

Basically the homepage is too sparse, yes it conveys what you do but there is no information that convinces me I need the service.
