Landing page feedback

Hi All,
I have recently built a tool that enables recruiters to source efficiently on GitHub: https://git-talents.io
So far two customers, that I got from my network. I pitched and did a demo to them. However, I am wondering if the landing has all the necessary information for the customer to make a decision.

Any feedback would be very useful and helpful

Have a great week!

I just modified the design a bit to look more professional.

I like these changes. OP, I was going to comment that one of the big things that jumps out to me is that the type is very small, espeically as you scroll down, and the line widths in some cases are very wide. Both of these combine to make it a bit tedious to read.

Often you want to shoot for ~70 characters per line, and the tagline has over twice that on my screen. Part of what makes surjithctly's edits successful, I think, is that the tagline is broken up into three lines instead of two, and the first blurb ("Searching...") is narrower too.

      thanks @surjithctly!

Congratulations on finding the 2 customers :-)

If you are still accommodating landing page feedback, then I would suggest to rewrite the headline so that the value proposition is clear to the user/customer. How does this sound:

Use github to find and recruit the best developers

Great idea! Congratulations on your launch.

Hey @omarbnh, I would be happy to make detailed video feedback on your website and share it with you!

I have just started out as an independent product reviewer, so in return, all I ask is that if you like my review, could you write a 2-3 liner review on my Upwork profile?

In that way, we both can help out each other! Let me know if that sounds interesting to you!

Hi @FilmyMarketer, that would cool, just send the video and share a link to your profile and I will make sure to provide a review!

        Excited to hear that!

Do let me know the email address to reach you and I'll forward you the video today itself!

If you want to keep the email address private, you can reach out to me on LinkedIn too, at https://www.linkedin.com/in/pradnyeshgumaste/

@omarbnh Didn't receive your invitation, can you resend the invite?

            1. 1

              could you double-check now ?

              1. 1

                Yes got it!
                Let's talk over there!

I was wondering when somebody would build this! Good Stuff! I think the landing page is nice, my only feedback would be to cut down the word count where possible - it feels too wordy for me, at my first glance. The demo video is super cool though.

      appreciated the feedback!

I like your landing page, especially all the video where you can see the product in action.

    One suggestion though:
There is a lot of text on the landing page, I think you could try to reduce it to the most imporant so that this information really stands out and delivers your message.

I think you could also optimize your subtitle a bit. Maybe focus more on how you solve the pain points of recruiting on GitHub. It's very techy right now which might not help you with your target audience!

Hope that helps, wish you all the best with your product! :)
