Landing page feedback for first time indie hacker

Hi indie hackers! It is my first time posting here (and building), but I have already been inspired by the work of many community members here!!

I'm building a remote mail management platform that I am about to launch -- so I would greatly appreciate any feedback regarding my landing page.

My goal with it is to get as many of the clients I will reach out to through cold emails to get converted through it. (I will pay for Bubble soon so the demo will be on a custom domain.)

Landing page: https://morabox.com

Thanks!!

    Overall great !

    Improvements :

    • images quality (maybe hire a freelance for this part).
    • nav bar too small

    Inside bubble app

    • I would let more place for each mails
    • maybe try to differentiate CTA with colors.
    • nav bar too small
    • into billings : try to avoid footer coming high.

    Other comment :

Be aware of the solution you provide vs targeted audience.

No idea how it's work in Albania, but you adress a full digital solution to people who are dealing with physical mails (and are maybe not aware/confortable with digital tools - this is why they don't change/improve that).

If people who are actively looking for digital solutions (your targeted client as I understand) to improve the struggle they have with paper-mails, would they better ask "Raiffeisen" through e-banking to manage it instead of using what you provide ?

Hi Johan! This is actually targeted at Diaspora who have property or businesses in Albania but are not there physically or digital nomads with business relations to the country. Thanks for your feedback, it is specific and very helpful! Thanks for your less specific comments too, very helpful and usfeul for me to consider!!

        My pleasure !

You have something great in your hand, keep it up and, please, take a slice of this wonderful kaçkavall cheese for me 🙏🏻

    Hi Rodrig,

Here is my feedback: For me, the landing page seemed confusing, but putting in some effort I was able to figure it out. But remember, we should aim at reducing friction as much as possible.

The flow was missing. The page sections seem disconnected.

Before moving onto 'How it works', try adding a section where it talks about the problem and how your solution can help.
'Manage your physical mail online.' isn't enough. Short Videos are powerful!

"Now in Tirana, Albania" - is that relevant?

For the section with the ✅ marks. Explicitly mention that those are benefits by adding a heading like "Benefits". Try adding more descriptive text for each benefit.

The amount of info. needed on the landing page depends on the awareness of your audience. The less aware they are about the solution the more relevant info. you need to add to convince them

Thanks for your feedback! Just added the explicit title regarding benefits, I'm glad you pointed that out!

      Thanks for the resources too!

Always be testing. Ask for reviews . That's how you refine landing pages.

        Good luck!

    Hi Rodrig!

I'm not a UI expert, but the overall look of the site is nice.

I noticed the nav bar is pretty small on mobile.

True -- thanks for pointing that out! :)

    The overall concept is clear.

The "You take action on it" section is not clear, and neither are the screenshots below it. What kind of actions can I take on physical email? Can the mail be physically forwarded to a new address? How much does it cost? If the mail has a cheque, can you deposit directly in my bank account?

There are grammatical errors and typos in the copy. Please proofread. Also, the language, while understandable, is a bit odd. Did a non-native English speaker write this?

I am not a native speaker, but thanks for pointing the language errors and the lack of description regarding functionality out!!

I didn't mention this in the video but there's one more thing missing from the copy in this page: What are users doing today that is costing them time and money that they could automate with your service?

The biggest issue with this page was that all call to actions were a little too unfocused. Whether it's on the lead magnet, the pricing page or throughout the homepage your call to actions dictate what a user does next. Let's try to rework some elements to make it flow better!

Hey, thanks a lot for your feedback and the video! You made some really great points, already adopted many of them!!
