Very cool idea, I am bookmarking your site.
I think one thing which would really improve UX is a simple copy email template button.
Which enables users to simply copy the email quickly rather than highlighting and manually doing it.

This seems like a pretty cool product! I'll definitely look into using this when my own side projects scale (and start having more angry customers haha).

Just thought of something: you should integrate with products like Intercom or Zendesk and provide a bunch of templates for support replies directly within their platform.
