Landing Page Feedback for Vacation Rental Upsell

Hey all - I'm working a small side project part-time to get better at coding and shipping products. The idea is to help Airbnb hosts offer add-ons such as early-check in, local tours/activities, equipment rental. I've just been testing the software internally and with a friend who runs an AirBnB (it's very rough cut still).

I recently designed a landing page (built with TypeDream) and would love some feedback - https://doorman.link/

Thanks,
Tristan

I like the design. The screenshot is very helpful too. Some feedback though:

    • "Upgrade your guest experience and increase revenue" doesn't tell me enough. How does upgrading the guest experience my revenue increases? By how many per cent?
    • If you can, include an estimated date when those joining the waiting list can expect to access the product.

    Good luck!

    Heya Tristan,

Was just having a look at this. I'll be the first to confess that I am def not your target audience and may not know about what many BnB hosts might see as obvious. With that in mind, here's what I feel:

    • Overall, I personally quite like the landing page. There is a clear CTA, problem and value proposition. I don't know how much competition is there in this space, but I think as a host, I'll be concerned about how much would this cost me. Would this be a fixed monthly pricing or a rev-share model?
    • Maybe it's just my browser, but are you missing a favicon? I know you said it's still rough cut, but I wouldn't forget to add that :)
    • On desktop, I don't like how the 1-2-3 steps are oriented. It's much easier to follow on mobile for me than on desktop.
    • On mobile, there seems to be a big gap between some sections. I'd personally reduce that. esp, when you just open the website, the initial gap is preventing me from seeing the screenshot in the first go and I have to scroll in order to see it.

    Hope that helps.
