I think showcasing the results of your work on your homepage could help motivate potential clients to set up a call. Maybe something like: We helped [X client] increase qualified leads by x% using a lead magnet.
I noticed that you have a lead magnet of your own in the "Our work" section of your website, have you considered moving that to your homepage and capturing email leads there?
