👀 Landing Page Feedback 👀 [Request/Give]

this product

Hey everyone,

I'm Shridhar. Hi!

I thought it would be a good idea to critique each other's landing pages. Sometimes we work on our projects for so long we can't look at it with fresh eyes.

Make a top level comment with your project link (with NO other comments/descriptions)! Let's see what strangers can gather about your project without any explanation here.

    1. 1

The page looks great and the video is short and succinct. The video seems to do a good job of giving a visitor an idea of what your product does and how they can use it.

However, when looking at the copy that you are using on the page including your main claim 'Orchestrator as a service for marketing and sales tools', I wasn't really able to gain any useful meaning. Of course this may because I am not currently in the market for this kind of software.

    2. 1

Looks great and it's clear what it does especially with the video.

For some reason the video doesn't play automatically even though it seems to be set to do so. I have to click on it twice to get working on Chrome.

      1. 1

Looks odd. Wrote it down in my personal notes. Will look also into that.

        Thanks for the heads up.

    3. 1

Looks great! Who created your images?

    4. 1

Hey Leonardo, good landing page here are a couple quick points I would change:

      1. Make the title color a darker blue like #1F2D3D and the body text a bit lighter so the hierarchy of the text is more noticeable and reads better.
      2. Add another CTA at the end to grab people.
      3. I would advise you to add a section for example recipes so people can understand what can be built and generate more curiosity to check the rest of website or to signup.

      Cheers!

      1. 1

        Hey Pedro. Good stuff here.

        Will update soon. :)

    5. 1

great landing page. It reminds me to some other site which now I can't remember.
Just two small things. The copyright year says 2017
And at the very bottom there is a super small tiny text which it's impossible for anyone to read

      1. 1

        What a great catch. :)

        Thank you.

    1. 2

as a londoner, i think this looks great. very airbnb - but i like it.

only downside - lack of spaces in south london!

      1. 1

I'll relay to our venue team. Thanks!

    2. 1

Great site. As mentioned in other comments, " Can I go to the bathroom and leave my stuff securely?" is my biggest concern with this and the reason I got a space at a regular co-working space (TechHub). I'd have used this if that problem was somehow solved and I hadn't already paid for my current space.

    3. 1

Both pages are good. The design is great.

The 1st one initially hooked me until I found it that it was in a public cafe. If I didn't realize that you had restaurants as well it would have completely turned me off. My main thought is "Why pay a monthly membership for a venue I have free access to?". Not sure about the UK but Starbucks has free WiFi in the US. Using a restaurant as a venue helps with this question, but a cafe does not.

The 2nd landing page did not hook me quickly. However it was more upfront with the details. The key thing was the mention about restaurants. I didn't realize this with the 1st landing page.

I feel that you need to emphasize the community aspect more.

    4. 1

First thoughts: “I’m renting a cafe space? Can I go to the bathroom and leave my stuff securely? Is there a community like in other coworking spaces? In fact how is it different from a coworking space?”

I would also suggest having a single page instead of split into a how it works page.

      1. 1

Yep agree with you info is disjointed. I think we will try to solve the questions in an FAQ style. In answer - we aim to build trust in the AndCo community, and will test ways of doing this. Bathroom 100% you can use. Community will be that you can see who you are working with that day (Can turn off in privacy) with links to personal website / LinkedIn and Instagram, the aim is to promote your work to other freelancers and make in person connections - no internal messaging for example.

        1. 1

I think with the bathroom comment, I was more concerned about the security of leaving my laptop. Is it hosted in a public cafe space? That part was unclear

    5. 1

To be honest, it comes out as rather too cheap. Too good to be true kinds.

Both the pages look very pretty, but I liked the calmness of how-it-works after watching the video background of index page more.

I think it's pretty clear, you have a bunch of workspaces across london in pubs and cafes, which I can work out from, for just 20 pounds a month.

      1. 2

Thanks for the feedback really useful. We have come across this problem before of people under valuing the service due to the competitive price point. What would your thoughts be on this?

The big ask is a change in behaviour associated with the service, as we are now saying you effectively have to pay to use these spaces which traditionally you don't have to.

    1. 2

You're very clear on what you're offerring as well as the benefits.

Your landing page and your logo doesn't look professional. I'm not sure if this is a big problem though with your target market, but both are really cheap and easy to fix these days especially if it's just for a landing page

      1. 1

Thanks for the feedback. We are just starting up and would like to improve the landing page while growing.

        1. 1

good landing page themes that are super customizeable are like in the $10-12 range. Expensive ones are in the $20 range.

          1. 1

good to know, I'm actually a backend developer, not good at front end stuff. Can you recommend any good stores that I can buy the landing pages from?

            1. 2

themeforest and wrapbootstrap are usually pretty solid as they have many options and price points available.

              1. 1

                Thanks, will check it out.

    2. 2

      Looks pretty good, man.

One thought: this sentence needs some help: "If at all you have to do it yourself you will need to go through over 200 jobs boards to find a matching remote job."

Try changing it to something like "Finding a remote job on your own means searching through over 200 separate job boards."

      1. 2

It looks perfect. Thanks for the correction. Already updated in https://remoteleaf.com :)

    1. 2

I think you may have trademark issues as Xero.com is a major international accounting SaaS brand... you are providing a product that is clearly in a financial software service space.

    2. 2

I like it! Value prop is clear, more is revealed as I scroll down.

One nitpick would be that it's not clear if I have to manually enter the info (ouch) or if you pull it from something like https://plaid.com/ (yay).

      1. 1

thanks! wasn't aware of that service.

    3. 1

      I really like this.

If possible, maybe you can show examples with numbers. Or better yet, a simple calculator where the user can put in their balances and see estimated savings.

    4. 1

Both of your logos are good. People will probably misspell your product name though.

It's pretty clear what your product does; your copywriting is also nice and clear.

The issue I have is that your app looks boring and plain. If you take a look at both credit karma and mint, they try to do things visually that make finance look more interesting - think charts and pictures, but in general they just have a nicer UI. You really need to get a better design for the app itself. The good news is that it's really cheap and easy to do that. There are so many admin css themes that are great looking, customizable, and already come with charting libraries with examples, that this should be really easy to fix.

      1. 1

agree, working on adding some visuals.

    1. 1

Very cool stuff. Would be amazing if you can also sell wordpress ready themes with these templates.

      1. 1

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I am not a WordPress developer. So instead of wasting time in learning WordPress, I'd rather focus on Bootstrap and add more templates.

    2. 1

      Very cool.

      Some small changes I'd propose:

      • Add "Preview" next to the computer icon when you hover.
      • icon is a circle with no letter? but favicon says 'W'

otherwise I like it, very clean and functional and nice.

      1. 1

Thank you for the feedback. Computer icon is actually the "Preview" button. You can click on it to preview the theme. I couldn't find circle icon with no letter. The site logo has 'W' letter everywhere.

        1. 1

yep--just saying you could add the word to make it clearer. also, it's kinda weird that clicking outside is a different link.

          1. 1

I've replaced computer icon with preview icon. The outside click opens product details page.

    3. 1

The design is great. The writing is more or less clear. The actual templates look great.

The only thought that kept popping in my head is why I would choose this over wrapbootstrap or a subscription to creative market. The popular themes at wrapbootstrap as give you free updates and unlimited downloads. Maybe this thought will change once you have more premium themes available.

The only thing I could think of that may differentiate you is licensing. The low price on wrapbootstrap is often accompanied by a more strict license i.e. you can only use this theme for one app.

      1. 2

        Thank you for the feedback.

The only thought that kept popping in my head is why I would choose this over wrapbootstrap or a subscription to creative market. The popular themes at wrapbootstrap as give you free updates and unlimited downloads. Maybe this thought will change once you have more premium themes available.

Wrapbootstrap has different business model than Wired Dots. They charge per theme and it costs $10-20 for single application license and if you want to use it for multiple times, you must buy multiples applications license which costs $50-300 for single templates. But it is not the case in Wired Dots. For just $59 per year (cancel anytime), you can download all 22+ premium templates and use them for unlimited projects without any restrictions.

If you calculate price for 22 templates (based on Wrapbootstrap model), it is $220-500 for single application single and more than $1100 for multiple applications license. But you are getting everything for just $59. Isn't a steal? Updates and supports are free and you can keep all the downloaded products for forever.

In fact, I launched Wired Dots because I was tired of buying multiple licenses of same product from Wrapbootstrap and Envato. I am planning to add more premium themes in future and subscribers will be able to download them for free.

The only thing I could think of that may differentiate you is licensing. The low price on wrapbootstrap is often accompanied by a more strict license i.e. you can only use this theme for one app.

May be Wired Dots licenses are not very clear, but in reality, they are way cheaper than Wrapbootstrap. Wired Dots licenses are not per theme but for all themes collectively.

        1. 1

You're right. Maybe you need to make this more clear with a comparison on your landing page? What you just wrote isn't conveyed on your site.

          1. 1

Yes, you're right. Probably, my signup page is not very clear. I'm updating it now.

  1. 2

A little nervous, but that's good right?
    https://colibro.com/freelance-job-search/

    1. 1

I like it. Unfortunately I can't find anything obviously wrong or things to improve

    2. 1

Nice and clean, I like it. A couple tips:

      1. Maybe change your checkmark icon to a search icon
      2. I think this blurb better explains your value prop: "Stop relying on a single source to find your next job. We monitor dozens of job boards and marketplaces and give you the best matches.". Maybe move that to the top?
  2. 2

Took a long time and a lot of iteration. Here is my current landing page:
    https://cryptkey.io

    1. 2

It looks nice and it starts off really nice, telling me what it does; but it seems like you didn't finish your landing page. There are no pictures or highlights telling me why I should sign up.

Also if that's an actual screenshot of your app, you need to make it look more interesting like what credit karma does. There are a ton of admin css themes that look great, easy to use, and are cheap to make that happen.

      1. 2

Thank you! I totally agree with everything. The product is not yet commercial ready, but I wanted to put something out on the web first to start gathering early adopters/interest.

I hope to complete the landing page within in 1.5 months with your suggestions.

    2. 2

      My 2 cents:

      • "Import your trades with one click and Cryptkey takes care of the rest" ; what's the rest?
=> Add a clear feature list: what analytics, what insights? you're too generic... you must be clearly solving a real problem?
      • Screenshots or video showcasing product strengths if you have anything to show
      • Pricing (always good to have a pricing to make it look like you're serious about it)
      • Maybe one page that shows how you are better than competitor X,Y,Z ?
      1. 1

Awesome! Thank you for this feedback! Are there any attractive words that you see? If you've used other products, what were your favorite messaging?

          1. 1

            Thanks for your help :)

            1. 1

YW, I am just not a crypto fanatic, I wouldn't know what to tell you wording-wise to convert to the max of your abilities, maybe very technical talk that only crypto investors know?!

  3. 2

Awesome idea Shridhar! Here is mine - https://frontdesk.madskills.io

    1. 1

Sent this in a mail as well :-

A demo video would be very useful. It is a bit difficult to imagine Alexa letting me in, and it's pretty novel so a video would help me visualize it.

And how will I as a first time visitor to your office know that I have to talk to Alexa to get in?

    1. 2

I really love the top portion of your landing page, as well as the name of your service. It's very clear what you're providing. It's also very easy to use your service which helps - The Ready to Get Started section is good too. The bottom 'About Me' section helps seal the deal.

I don't know why, but I don't like the middle sections. The actual copy writing is decent and testimonials are good, but visually it makes me want to skip it and I don't know how to fix it. It could just be me. I don't feel I would have read it or past it if you didn't post this on IH.

On a side note, our projects are slightly semi-related. I'd like to talk to you further if you have time.

      1. 2

Thanks for your feedback! Feel free to email me: will@debugmyresume.com

      2. 1

There's too much to read in the middle sections, thats probably why you don't like it - I would add a CTA that drills into that particular use-case (Standing out/Getting recruiters to reply) and thus change the titles add CTA buttons, add 1 or 2 pages and in-depth sales page on the pain-points (again, standing out, getting those replies)

Testimonials without pictures - I'd rather see Tweets / twitter cards if there's no real face so it looks authentic.

Shrink the about me to fit next to the contact box, imho that will make it look like they're contacting you because of who you are and what you know. (authenticity) also consider maybe adding some numbers theres - I've helped 150 people get interviews i.e.

        1. 1

Can you elaborate on your first point? I'm not sure I totally understand what you're suggesting.

Testimonials without pictures is an issue I know, I'll try to ask for pictures in the future. Unfortunately, there isn't anyone tweeting about me yet...

          1. 1

Instead of having two paragraphs of text, have two drill-down pages where you go in details with bullet-points and examples of each category of support you can provide.
            i.e.
            1 page:
            Stand Out From the Crowd

            • How can you stand out and what you get if you buy the service (give a statistic i,e, 30% more replies on average - that's 30% more chances of getting interviews)
            • What will you be assessing (the form, the text, the lingo, the layout? idk)
            • How you will be improving ( I will take your resume and share a better version on google docs OR I will have a 1on1 call with you - the process I mean)
            • Any further support you wil be providing and at which cost? (i.e. a newsletter, a slack group, direct msgs, phone number, promotion for further buys, additional services etc)
and then another page for the second point you have:
I Know Exactly What Recruiters Look For
        2. 1

You're probably right. Maybe it's because the elements there are visually interesting enough? e.g. There's no pictures of the people giving the testimonials

    2. 1

      Hey William,

I notice you implement some changes congrats, how is it been performing lately?

Here are a couple quick tips:

      1. Add underlines or small notes on the resume so it comes across as an review better and can adjust their expectations for what kind of feedback they will get. You do need to be very brief in the image tho.
      2. Your about me looks too much like a story try to make it shorter and more focus on results like " I just graduated and was sending my resume to a ton of companies but none resulted in jobs", "I helped X amount of people", " Once I implement it some changes I got several offers at once" just a few examples how you can come across as an expert better.
      3. Maybe switch the order between the second cta near the end and the about me (once you improve it)
      4. Maybe you could build a newsletter around a 3-5 email course and try to convert people through there too.
      5. Instead of the section "stand out of the crowd" and the other thing, try introducing the problem first like how hard it is to get a job for X reason and how resumes are helping. Or something like "Recruiters get hundreds of resumes, how will you stand out?" with an pile of identical resumes. Stuff that creates fear are great for these cases ;)

      Good luck!

      1. 1

Performance is lackluster, probably due to lack of marketing (Not sure where to post...) Only have had one paying customer so far.

Good advice, I'll work on that.

I just added a newsletter and a signup form! I'm working on a blog right now so I'm thinking I'll send everyone emails whenever a new post goes live (each post will be a tip or something with an explanation).

Multiple people have suggested changes to that middle section, I'll have to workshop it some more.

        1. 1

Awesome William, best of luck ;)

    3. 1

You should reduce the size of image on your landing page - https://debugmyresume.com/assets/images/image02.png?v18800400053251

Maybe turn it into JPEG. I am on a phone, and it took a while to load.

      1. Submit your payment via the Stripe popup window

No need to mention stripe here. Not everyone knows what that means. :)

      1. 1

        Done and done! Thanks :)

    1. 2

No idea what your service does. Somehow gives me work life balance?

    2. 2

The landing page design looks good. However I don't really know what your service does.

    3. 2

I think you should answer the question "What it does?" before "How It Works", because I have no idea what your service does other than it being simple and intuitive. It's a todo app and a notepad with feedback forms?

  4. 2

Ok, ours is dead simple. Maybe too simple? Would love feedback :)

    https://coinrecap.io/

    1. 2

I guess it worked for me, signed up ;)

Agree that I would like info about the content, but it also provoked my curiosity enough to give it a shot.

The TOS link nearly disappeared for me on hover, but I'm also using flux so colors might be off.

      1. 1

Thanks, hope you enjoy it! We're just getting started- so I'd love any and all feedback you have.

You're right, the link is hard to read on hover. We'll have to fix that!

    2. 2

Design looks good, and I kind of understand what you do but there's no details for me to give up my email.

      1. 1

Yep, totally fair! We need to do a little more to exude legitimacy. Any specific suggestions for what might have put you over the edge? Just additional details on what the daily email would include?

        1. 1

hmm... Testimonials from people with cred? How about a short bio of you guys?

    3. 2

I'd need more credibility before giving my email (this is especially true in the crypto space with plenty of scammers). What's included in the letter? Who is writing? "Daily market trends" could mean either an insightful information or a picture of bitcoin price movement.

      1. 2

Exactly this ^ also a counter of how many subscribers you already have signed up (or like base number + X000 if you want to fake it till you make it ;) ) => psychology trigger, there's actually people on this, wow I want in!

        1. 1

Thanks to both of you! This is super helpful stuff. Yes- we are working on some ways to make it more clear what we're doing and why you should trust us with your email. Cheers!

    1. 2

The Oculus tweet in the middle of the page feels like an ad and hurts the page badly. Definitely re-format the page. More to this point, at a first glance I thought it was a AdSense ad, instead of a reason why someone should use this product.

You are actually solving a real problem that I think people will pay money for at the right price. Right now, I don't think many people realize just how many large organizations keep spreadsheets and shared files in Box/Dropbox for managing when a domain might expire. I highly encourage you to polish this. I think there is something to be done in this niche area.

      Other miscellaneous things:

      Upto
      Make that two words

      Pricing
All the boxes are the same size and just highest to lowest. Don't do this. Focus on one in the middle that most people will gravitate on like the way Dropbox and other sites do it: https://i.imgur.com/sQed6Wg.jpg

      1. 1

        Thanks a lot!

I guess I should just do away with the Oculus tweet. It has confused a bunch of people by this point.

    2. 2

I think the placement of the ad is wrong. Try move to the side or ideally below the fold.
Pull Login / Sign up right away from logo.

      1. 1

By the ad you mean the Oculus Rift tweet?

        1. 2

I agree with this feedback. My eyes were immediately drawn to the picture of the Rift, and then I was confused for a few seconds about what the service was. I think including the example is a great idea, but perhaps find a way to do it without embedding the tweet, and the image that comes along with it.

        2. 1

It really looks like a Google ad on the first sight, it would be better to show the real article.

Pricing seems to be in "wrong order", at first glance it looked like that $99/year is your cheapest tier because it's first.

          1. 1

Show the real article? Like copy paste the actual thing?

    3. 1

Thank you for all your suggestions. Removed the Oculus image from my landing page now!

    4. 1

Completely distracted by the Oculus tweet. Thought it was about VR and had ads. Then tawk.to popped open and made noise. The only thing worse than the <blink> tag is a web site making unexpected noise automatically.

Once I got over myself and read the page (not until after I bounced) I found out it is a service I would use! I have calendar appointments 2-5 years out to help with this problem. I think you have something here, find a way to keep visitors on your value prop and drive home how embarrassing (costly) it can be to miss renewal and it will be a winner!

    5. 1

Your landing page doesn't have a professional look, but it's pretty clear what benefit you're providing and the price is good.

    6. 1

      Hi Shobhit,
Glad to see you on IH :)
One suggestion along the lines of website monitoring tools

      1. Add an input box where users can enter their domain,
      2. Once they click the CTA, show them a rounded off time when their certifcate expires, (ex: your certificate expires in less than three months from now)
      3. Then ask them to signup for your service.
      1. 1

That's a great suggestion, thanks man! Glad to see you to on IH!

Congratulations and thank you for the great post
I'm launching passportlist.co version one this week. WIll be very grateful for your quick feedback on how to improve it and grow.
    Tnx

    Here is mine: feedier.com
    Happy to receive any feedback!

  7. 1

Just got this redesign launched yesterday: https://coldcallcoach.me/

    1. 2

(I'm not a designer so I could be completely wrong)

Decent design overall. The very top portion of your site is great.

The 1st description is too long. The header in that section in italics looks wrong for some reason.

Get rid of both stock images.

Make up for the space in the 2nd section with larger versions of the four subsections: tailored feedback, step by step

Add real pictures of the people giving your testimonials. Real is better than fake stock imo

Where's the pricing? EDIT: didn't realize it was FREE for now. Maybe this should be emphasized?

The mobile app portion is nice and so is the form.

The FAQ looks wrong but I don't know how to fix it.

Nice product though. A lot of developers need to practice their pitches. Maybe you can offer a service for that too?

        Thanks for the feedback!

The text is all from a long-form landing page that was a first attempt so yea there's probably room to cut it down.

I would love to have pictures of actual people for the testimonials, lol. Hopefully will have them in the future.

I can definitely emphasize the FREE aspect. Thanks for that.

    1. 1

It's easy to use and it looks good

The initial load took a long time - about 5 seconds of a blank page.

Not sure I would care to create an account.

imo If you have Amazon Fire TV, I'm not sure where the value is because Amazon gives your results from multiple sources and not just Prime.

      1. 1

gotcha. the main value prop is that you can find movies by "feeling" tags instead of the usual ways

    2. 1

It's not clear what the site does at first glance. Am I watching movies? Finding movies? Exploring different types of movies?

    1. 2

It's not really clear what I am supposed to do, or read.

Lose the image zoom on mouse hover. It's not really useful. Plus there is an open div somewhere, I am getting a weird horizontal scroll for site.

I think you are aiming for something too broad. Niche it down a bit, and then go broad.

      1. 1

You're right on all points and that's good feedback - thank you.

I'm working on fixing them as we speak. The UI issues are fixable within a week (I'm not really a front-end dev), while the problem of being too broad will probably take a bit longer.

https://knvrt.co/ We just launched last week, a little bit of irony here (but I won't ruin it!) But any feedback is good feedback!

    1. 1

Nicely made. Great colour schemes, could add some more case studies though.

      1. 1

Absolutely, I am planning to write my first few up this weekend and shall be (hopefully) posting them next week! :)

    2. 1

I've already given you feedback last week, but just wanted to let you know that your site is still slow to load.

      1. 1

Ah yes, I have passed that task onto a friend of mine who is going to look into speeding it up for me this weekend. Hopefully, he can fix that for me! :)

    https://propertyments.com

I received feedback to change the background image of the house at the top to something more vectorized to match the vector laptop image. I agree - but I'm not sure what would be a good replacement, thoughts?

    1. 3

Agree that the picture needs to go. The border of the laptop blends into the house too much. What about a vector-ish map (could even be Google Maps) with a few pins or "markers" in it?

I think the paragraphs under each of the features need more vertical whitespace. It looks very cramped on my machine!

In the application details section, the blue link text really blends in with the background. Try something lighter!

Everything at the bottom looks pretty good imo

      1. 1

ohh, great idea with the map, I'll shop that around. I'd really like to replace that table all together in the application details section but I'm not sure how to convey the information without having some sort of organized carousel type module.

        Thanks for the feedback!

    2. 2

The font for this sentence is off: "Property and tenant management made simple. Use Propertyments to get organized and grow your portfolio. Sign up free, no card required." I see this font under the 'Application Details' section as well. I'm not a designer but imo it doesn't look right. Why doesn't it match the font in the 'Application Details' section?

Everything else looks decent but I haven't really seen any competing sites to really be able to give a definitive opinion.

The value prop is clear and the price for benefit is pretty good.

EDIT: You have a broken 'read more' link for your rent collection feature.

      1. 1

Great feedback, thank you. I have the app details section wrapped in a different tag so the css/font gets treated a little different. I'll revisit this and try to sync up the two .

I need to get the rent collection documentation written (right now it just says "Coming soon.." an I'll get that dead link updated.

    Hi!

I like the idea of affiliate links for equipments :)
I use Nike Training App, and I like that I don't have to keep track of the number of reps I do, just push next when I finished with the exercise.

    I think must haves are:

    • favicon
    • social login (this kept me from sign up)
    • share my workout button (think about influencers)
    1. 1

great ideas! thank you. added the favicon, working on the others.

    1. 3
      • I am confused whether it'll help me find a nearby gym or let me practice from my home.
      • And if you're giving me a fitness routine, should I sign up? Why should I sign up?
      1. 1

Thanks for the feedback! I was also trying to link another project--the outdoor gyms one--but agreed its confusing to essentially have 2 products in one page.

added some more info about the webapp.

    2. 2

I can't tell what this is.

Are you texting me? Is it an app? Why do you have the male gender symbol, ♂, randomly next to the 💁 emoji?

I honestly learned more from your footer attribution: Routine by Reddit's Bodyweight Fitness Community. Oh, so it is a body-weight fitness routine, which by definition is pretty much something you can do anywhere because it uses your body weight for resistance.

      1. 1

Thanks! I added some more info. Weird about the emoji. That’s what sublime put in when I typed the guy version of that emoji 💁‍♂️, <-- how does that look on your computer? I thought it would render correctly (works for me on chrome/Mac)

    3. 2
      • I have a hard time to focus on something, so much going on. Visually very inconstant. Try to give more contrast (with size).
      • Not sure, if I want to see the training right away. I'm not sure if this an app, a course, a system or something else.
      • I think I don't have enough info, so the only thing I can do is to sign up to find out more.

      Just my two cents.

    4. 1

other than the footer looking weird, I love it - is it a chatbot?

      1. 1

no, but that might be a good idea?! i added an emoji guide guy which gives you tips and stuff on the webapp itself

    5. 1

I like it... a lot! Good job 👍🏽

neat! pretty cool way to show stuff. I like the chatbot though i also wanted to be able to log in and view stuff, or like a dashboard.

Definitely a unique take. If I’d come to it via a link other than here, doubt I’d have clicked the first choice. Wanted to have some idea what/why first. The mode that it’s as though you’re interacting with a real person is a higher commitment than clicking FAQ link or something. I’d 100% make your “WTF is this?” option from chat interaction ~5 one of the options you get on first landing, as I’d have clicked that one. (There are some people btw that actually don’t want the “F” in “WTF” be something you’re putting in their mouth so maybe think about whether you are worried about that.) The QR code seemed very out of place, I sure hope it goes somewhere other than back to that same page. It doesn’t centre align with the title which is quite obvious on such a clean design. Definite points for unique. Still think I’d consider some opt-out for someone who isn’t ready for the chat interface, maybe? Clever tho.

I really like your landing page. It's like an improved version of Product Hunt's Ship since it's interactive. It forces people to get educated on what you do in bite sized pieces. If I was really into climbing, and not just occasional indoor climbing, I would probably try it out.

It's one of the most original landing pages I've seen in a while.

    4. 1

      Pretty interesting, man.

What's with the QR code avatar though?
