Hey there! I'm building Survues , a tool to make surveys that can ask follow up questions. I don't think people who visit my site are clear on it, so any landing page feedback would be helpful!
Here is what I'm trying to communicate:
Pain: surveys are great for convenience and getting lots of responses, but a rigid set of questions and text boxes can only get you so far in terms of insights (that's why we say "talk to users"!).
Solution: surveys that can have a conversation with your survey participants. Knowing the questions you want to answer, they basically interview people for you.
Benefits: scale and convenience of surveys, flexibility and insight of conversations/interviews, easy to use, quite cheap and pay-for-what-you-use.
Again, here is the landing page: Survues
Thank you!
I think the over the fold area is fairly clear. There are two minor problems, though. Firstly, the Pricing page link is gray. Typically in UX, gray something means disabled and not available. But here, that is not the case, so I wouldn't be using gray in this way.
Secondly, the right hand part (which I assume is a screenshot), is a bit difficult to read. The text is too small and it's very hard to see the difference between the light gray and the white background areas. More contrast between the sections would make it much easier to read and making the entire thing a clickable screenshot would help, too.
The wiggly yellow underline effect that you use almost looks like the spelling mistake read error wiggly underline from text editors.
I don't see why you would want to repeat the same screenshot twice on the page, as you seem to be doing now.
The overall visual style of the page is a bit dull with just yellow and white. Using some colorful, high quality icons could make it look a lot better.
After browsing through your landing page, I think the product seems interesting but I'm not really sold. The problem for me is that you make a lot of claims - and I like what you are saying - but there is just nothing there to prove that this thing works as well as you say it does. To address this, a Live Demo would be ideal, or at least something like a video screen capture showing your AI thing doing its magic.
Thank you so much for the feedback! These are all great points I'll work on.
