Landing page for index to rank company health

Hi all,
I'm currently validating an idea that I believe may improve the health and compassion of tech company cultures. The landing page may not properly communicate this, but I'm hoping for some feedback please to find out.
Regardless of the idea being that beneficial or not, I'm more attached to the actual problem it solves. So maybe the idea needs refining around that problem. Or the landing page needs refining.
But I'm interested in hearing about if:
- you get a general idea of what this is?
- if it makes you feel like you'd like to hear more?
- if not, is there anything in the landing page that's lacking and stands out?

General idea definitely seems to make sense. As to whether I'd like to hear more, I'm not sure. I think the idea mainly seems to click in my mind.
I really like the illustrations! I am curious why the iPad shows audio playing though?
Another note: for me, I'd be more curious to understand the health of other workplaces before sharing the health of mine lol. That's why changing the hero text from "Rank the cultural health of your workplace!" to something about viewing cultural health of other workplaces would make me curious to learn more.

That's a great point about the hero text. I didn't even think about that. But come to think of it, most UX research I've seen in relation to Instagram and anything social, tends to support your inclination to consume content over sharing. So something like the bullet point on consuming..."find the healthiest workplace cultures"...could be better as the hero text. It's worth a try 🤔

This is an interesting idea. However, such terminology seems to me a little inappropriate in this context. Honestly, this is what I expected to see) If you have the right attitude towards life, then you can make your workplace as comfortable as possible for yourself (and for others).
