Hi everyone!
I believe I have already mentioned a lot about my journey with https://geeksandexperts.com here on Indie Hackers. We are a matching tool for users to connect with domain experts and get advice via 1:1 calls, without sending "pick your brain" DMs, for a fee or for free.
While it is true that we are still in the early stages and trying to find our niche audience because riches are in the niches, I would like to know your experience with finding the right audience for your product.
What are the best landing page practices?
Where did you share and market these landing pages to get eyeballs?
We tested different use cases for https://geeksandexperts.com and posted the links on Facebook, but it resulted in a high CAC and not too many sign-ups. What should I do differently this time?
Thanks in advance for your tips! Please feel free to sign up on G&E to stay updated. We have some really awesome indie creators on the marketplace already - they have built nocode tools, sold on Microacquire and more!
Hey Sneha, one thing is your landing page should be a specialized page with only ONE link. A repeating call to action but one link nonetheless. As it scrolls down the page, you can use the PASTOR landing page framework to hit pain points and offer value.
Also, Facebook ads: Did you happen to see your ad's quality rating? This chart should help if you have that data: https://wp.klientboost.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/image10-1.jpg
