I'm probably not the customer for this.
I like the product image, it conveys everything, why not replace the contact faceless images on top with it?.. ppl might not scroll that low (can test with hitmaps and such)
Can I just clarify so when you say the product image, that is the app screenshot, so maybe put those people photos into the faceless image? I will have a think on it. thanks

So you have a lot of meaning early on.
Can keep having the awesome one in both places
Or do another similar or something
I'm not sure I understand the value from reading the landing page. Google Contacts is just a sub-feature within Gmail. I don't have any need to enhance my Google Contacts.
I'd add more white (pink) space, especially around the Google Play button and the main heading
