Landing page redesign for SaaS product

Hello,

I have recently re-designed my landing page, since I am new to design I was wondering if there is anything that stands out that I should change.

I was also wondering about the copy of my page. I tried to make it clear what problem the product solves and who would benefit from it. At first glance, how would you describe this product?

Any feedback is appreciated :) If you would like to see the full site to give advice here is the link: https://firatrack.com/

Hey @jameshoss I've left a detailed feedback for your website. You can check it out on this link -> https://app.ruttl.com/share/al94aNVKrJOfiUYYrvFq?page=Bv44YQ1wlCsG3Er95ayP

Feel free to ask me anything related to design if you need (because I'm running a UI UX design agency).

    Hope that helps!

P.S - The feedback show be visible in the form of comments.

    Hey James, nice work man.

As a copywriter, I'd change that 'teams like yours' bit in the headline.

As a reader, 'teams like yours' means nothing while also feeling like an attempt to talk to 'me'. But you haven't said anything specific so I don't believe you.

Better to say what 'my' team is:

Project management software that small teams use to smash goals.
Project management software that local businesses use to get organized.
Project management software that startups use to grow.

    Y'know? Hope it helps

It’s clear and concise but I think that the image has a lot of detail that may not be necessary to what you’re trying to show. Meaning your noteables or what you’re calling out with the arrows. You may be able to clean up the image by hiding any unexplained content and just using fillers or “blocks” they identify as text but don’t have any actual images or ring. This will help users hone in on the words that actually matter.

    Essentially do more with less.

thank you for the feedback @iksmith just so I understand what you are saying, you would recommend using the "create test" blocks not have actual text titles and bodies but rather something that resembles the structure of a "task?" so the focus is shifted more to the words the arrows are pointing towards?

      1. 1

Correct. I would show blocks for the stuff that you aren't highlighting, and leave your text for anything that you are.

        You are exactly right.

    Loved the page UI
    I have some suggestions
The first fold is a bit problem since its a lot of info (On an avg a prospect will see 2-3 seconds and decide to move on or quit your page)
You can introduce micro commitments or interactive blocks which will make the prospect more attracted and interested

    Hello, friend.

    I like the design overall!

My main concern is the first image. It has a lot of information that I couldn't understand quickly, so you probably need to be more straight to the point there.

Another thing, try to centralize the text in the footer below the form. And maybe change the color of the h1 and the logo to white could help make this section more consistent.

I hope I've helped, man. Good luck!

    Hello,
My friend and I just launched fdbck.io on Product Hunt.
We simplified the management of user feedback by placing one line of code to your website.
We recommend you to give it a shot for free and if you like it you can use the HACKERS50 coupon code for 50% discount.

Are you getting any traction at your price points?

    Good luck, It looks promising

I'm a designer and have some feedback for you.

    • The hero image is quite busy and doesn't have a clear hierarchy of what I should be looking at first.

    • I can see you're calling out features etc in the hero image (e.g create tests, find issues from users etc) They're getting lost. I'd consider removing the features from the hero image into their own section below. This will also help de-clutter that section.

    • The design feels quite sterile + corporate. This may be what you're going for but if not, I'd consider thinking how you might add some life to it. This may be with illustration, imagery, colour, motion design etc.

    • The logo is awesome.

    • The features you've put in blue boxes (project management, task management etc) could be replaced by illustrations/icons.

Overall you've done a great job so far. Hope this helps! ✌️

Stunning website James! Maybe make all your CTAs consistent,
CTAs for "Start free trial" aren't standing out either, you'd want conversions there right. If you'd like I shall do a UX critique and mail it to you over the weekend :)

Dang! That's a beautiful landing page you've made here, James! 🙌

I like the arrows pointing at cool things. Maybe you can make some improvements on the responsive side ( mobile mostly ). But good job overall! 🔥

The bones are there. I would just go with bold, contrasting colours if you have the clean, minimal page aspect: https://imgur.com/a/kPCOF4m

    1. 1

This is good advice! When you block out the top of the page like that it looks rather plain

  13. 1

I like the design you provided. However, as I viewed your website on mobile, it isn’t very responsive at all. The hero is too big, the otherwise nice picture/diagram is a bit too small and goes unnoticed, the ‚square elements‘ are too big and imo the page is just too long to scroll through. I would advise putting the pricing on a separate page, at least on mobile. Furthermore, I just can’t get past the feeling that you’re missing some color, an accent of some sort.
Otherwise I think you did a really neat job, keep it going!

    1. 2

thank you! :) I realize that mobile is very poor so I have started to recreate my page in Webflow to help with mobile + animations. Your suggestions are very helpful

      1. 1

You‘re welcome! Webflow is a great idea. It’s what I’m using too.

I think the value proposition is really clear, which is perfect for a landing page.
But it is really hard to grasp everything in the headline picture.

    Good luck with your project!

This seems to be a recurring theme! -- looks like the hero image will need a re-work

Overall I like it, but there are some minor things I would change. Sometimes you use capitalised beginning letters. Other times, you don't, be consistent in your choice.

And then, I would change your heading to mention a pinpoint and how you solve that pain point with Firatrack.

For example: Spending time on the wrong features? Get insights with Firatrack to build the right features.

You get the idea, but good luck with it 🙌

    1. 1

thank you :) I had made a design choice to not capitalize -- then switched to capitalizing but the elements forgot now looks like poor grammar

      1. Project Management, Task Management etc tiles really aren't conveing anything.
      2. "Project management software that teams like yours use to achieve their goals". Too verbose. Can u compress it a bit?
      3. "Start Free Trail" button needs to be of different color. Never even realized they were there.
      4. Headline graphic looks amazing.
