Hi!
It's been some time since my first post here and not so easy gaining some traction on Spendyt.
I've made some changes (both landing page and web app), would like to hear your thoughts!
Landing Page: spendyt.com.
Hey Greg,
I've gone through your landing page and I've added some feedback comments.
Clean landing page but I think you need to answer a few questions surrounding security / trust / certification as a financial product. Do I need to link my financial accounts? Why is this free - how do you make money?
With a few tweaks it could be a really solid landing page, so great work
Thanks for the elaborate feedback! I'll have a look at it.
Should the comments point to a specific part of the page? Can't see it.
No problem :)!
Which comments? The ones I made on Bolt? There should be numbers going down the page, if you track those they'll tell you which comment goes where.
If you don't see those, let me know what browser you're using and I'll investigate!
I don't see any numbers.. I tried it in Chrome and Opera. Do I need an account?
This is fixed now!
Yes it works, thanks :) Great tool btw, seems helpfull!
Ah you're right - I published an update today and I broke something for users that aren't logged in, oops...
Normally you can see comments + numbers without an account, so I'll issue a fix shortly. I'll put a message here once it's fixed :), no need to make an account
It's rather nice overall. Logo is neat.
So this is for personal use? My immediate reaction was that it looked like a business tool but as I read on I started to wonder if it is aimed at the individual.
The spending, saving, earnings graphic is excellent.
Weirdly I'd choose to drop the features section. Too wordy.
My main question is - do I have to input all the data or does this connect to my bank account to categorise things for me?
Hope this helps.
This is indeed aimed for personal use. What made you think it was more directed to businesses?
All data needs to be put in manually. I personally wouldn't connect some third party app to my bank account, but I know some people would.
Thanks for the feedback!
