landing page with sign up/sign in?
I am creating a simple service that would allow users to connect together, however, I don't have time to build a site from scratch. the use case is very simple, I need a landing page that explains the service/product + sign up and sign in. I want the landing page to take care of user authentication for me while I simply focus on the service/product itself given a valid user authentication token or cookie

It provides a valid user authentication cookie after signin/signup (https://help.memberstack.com/en/articles/3850012-front-end-api).
Plus, it comes with a plug & play sign up / login UI you can use out of the box, or you can build your own.
However, I'm re-reading your post and it looks like you need something with a pre-built landing page? If so, you could start with something like https://cruip.com/
I'm just not sure about that last part
