Zoop is an end to end, Direct To Consumer platform that incorporates pre-orders and e-commerce for the comic book and other geek industries. We provide a suite of services to assist in all the business, marketing, admin and operations, that allows creators and publishers to focus on producing their product.

Who you are

Excellent & MVP-focused coding skills in PHP7 of minimum 3 years
Practical & recent experience with MVC Frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, Zend
Solid background in building scalable distributed products and practical experience with Caching
Previous experience with handling & querying relational databases (e.g. , MariaDB or PostgreSQL)
Passionate about writing well-structured, efficient and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in check
Comfortable working in an English-speaking & agile environment

What you do

Work on high-scalable products with PHP7 hosted on a cloud-based infrastructure
Build and provide internal & external tooling
Constantly challenge and expand your knowledge of reliable software architecture, programming and new technologies
Work with agile processes that are adapted to the team’s and project’s needs
